Work with purpose and confidence

Pursue and secure fulfilling opportunities.

Hi, I'm Tiffany F. Southerland!

I help women who feel stuck/unfulfilled in their careers learn how to articulate and leverage their strengths so they can feel more confident, pursue new career opportunities, and live aligned with their faith, gifts, and purpose.

But my story isn’t different than yours…

I left my job as a junior associate at a law firm to redefine success on my own terms. By understanding my story, defining my edge, and leveraging my experiences, I was able to take concrete steps towards achieving this newly defined success.

HOW DOES SHE DO IT?

with Tiffany F. Southerland

The How Does She Do It? podcast is about the successes and struggles that come with adulting and being grown, as life happens.

Through humor and honest reflection, I cover personal development, professional growth (and strife), relationships, and the intersection of things that matter to 20- and 30-somethings.

FOUR CORNERS COACHING

Once you start working, you may feel like the lessons about balancing things that come with adulting – like growing in your career, owning your personal story, and maturing into your authentic self – got lost in the shuffle between prerequisites, student groups, and semester breaks.

At Four Corners Coaching, my goal is to start where you are and help you take action to get to where you want to be.
